How long is the free trial?

We offer a 14-day free trial of JoySuite.

Which plan is the free trial based on?

Your free trial is based on our Team plan.

What happens after the trial expires?

After the 14-day trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe to a paid plan, your free trial account will be deleted after 30 days.

Can I extend my trial?

How do I sign up for a free plan?

What is a monthly active user (MAU)?

Our pricing offers a nice balance between predictable costs and the freedom to grow. You lock in a cost-effective rate for your core group of monthly active users (MAUs).

What happens if I go above my MAU level?

You can decide if you wish to allow exceeding your provisioned MAU level. If you choose to allow 'overages', any extra users beyond your main group are just billed at twice that base MAU rate for the month they are active. This puts you in control: enjoy savings on your planned usage while having a safety net that ensures seamless access for unexpected peaks.

Can I prevent going above the MAU limit?

Yes! You can specify the exact number of MAUs needed for your organization and the maximum overage amount you wish to allow.

How does billing work?

You have the choice to be billed monthly or annually.

Are there any hidden fees?

We believe in price transparency! You can view all pricing details, including the cost of MAUs and available add-ons, above.

What is your refund policy?

Joy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What happens if I want to change my number of people?

You can increase or decrease the number of MAUs on your plan at any time. If you increase your users, you'll be charged a prorated fee until your next renewal date. Any MAU decreases will take effect at your next renewal.

What happens if I want to add or remove add-ons later?

You can add or remove add-ons at any time. If you select another add-on, you'll be charged a prorated fee until your next renewal date. Any removal of add-ons will take effect at your next renewal.

Can I pay annually?

Yes! You can pay monthly or annually. Additionally, you can choose to pay for annual subscriptions through a wire or ACH transfer.

AI Usage Credits

What are AI credits?

AI credits are consumed when performing AI operations. Each operation may consume a different amount of credits. Your account receives a block of AI usage credits for each provisioned MAU, and they are shared by all of your users.

While most accounts won’t need additional credits, for those that do, we offer credit packs to increase your limits.
